These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7bat ("the Company", "7bat", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 7bat.asia website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the 7bat Platform โ whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the service โ you irrevocably accept these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms are supplemented by the 7bat Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.
To be eligible to use the 7bat Platform, you must:
7bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any funds pending investigation. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all winnings will be forfeited.
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 7bat Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate at all times.
As required by PAGCOR and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations, 7bat conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: government-issued Philippine ID (passport, SSS, UMID, PhilSys), proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation. KYC verification must be completed before full withdrawal access is granted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. 7bat will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 7bat's support team immediately.
7bat accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other payment methods as listed in the Cashier section of the Platform. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is โฑ100. 7bat does not charge any transaction fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name โ deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
7bat reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit if it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or for compliance with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified account holder will be returned to the originating payment method, less any applicable processing costs.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is โฑ200. 7bat aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for GCash and Maya; bank transfers may take 1โ3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) used your deposited funds for genuine gameplay at least once. 7bat reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawals above โฑ50,000.
Withdrawals will be declined or withheld if 7bat has reasonable grounds to believe the account is involved in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, 7bat will notify the Player and may refer the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.
7bat offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum win caps. Unless expressly stated, bonuses may not be withdrawn directly โ they must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x the bonus amount). Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
7bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. 7bat may decline to award, withhold, or reclaim any bonus if it suspects abuse, multiple account registration, or any other violation of these Terms or bonus-specific conditions.
All games available on the 7bat Platform โ including slots, live dealer games, sports betting markets, and bingo โ are governed by individual game rules published within each game or product section. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on 7bat are independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by licensed providers including Ezugi and are subject to their own operational standards and independent auditing. In the event of a malfunction, technical failure, or communication error that affects the integrity of a game result, 7bat reserves the right to void all bets related to the affected game round. Affected players will be notified and their wagers returned. 7bat's decision in such matters is final.

7bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 7bat is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or applicable law; (c) 7bat suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) you have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 7bat's support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 banking days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
All content on the 7bat Platform โ including but not limited to the 7bat brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, promotional materials, and text โ is the intellectual property of 7bat or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7bat.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 7bat's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7bat shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage; (b) loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity; (c) service interruptions caused by events beyond 7bat's reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government actions; (d) any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.
The 7bat Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While 7bat strives for 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7bat collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and 7bat's Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 7bat Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 7bat's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute involves the fairness of a gaming outcome, you may also submit a complaint to PAGCOR through their official player dispute resolution process.
7bat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version will always be published at 7bat.asia/terms-conditions with the effective date noted at the top of the document.
